In their latest film, the folks at Vandyfilms follow their friend as he runs over alpine passes and glaciers in an attempt to capture that feeling of effortlessness most runners seek. The Ancient Greeks had a word for this: “ataraxia.” It was a term used to describe a certain kind of tranquility or freedom from emotional disturbance.
