Polar Night is a short film that tells the story of the people who live and work in a remote Norwegian town 250 miles north of the Arctic Circle, as they wait to see the sun for the first time in over two months. Filmmaker Duncan Trevithick spent more than four months living in Kirkenes, Norway, working as a guide at a guesthouse for adventure tourists, and made the film over the last two weeks of his stay there.
